International shipping just got easier. With the new Document Preparation Center at fedex.com, you can find, prepare, store and manage customs documents. Avoid duplicate entry of information when you save document profiles and reuse documents for future shipments. FedEx can help you process documents faster and avoid clearance delays, allowing you to be more productive.
Find and select your documents.
Select from commonly used documents or search our extensive document library for exactly what you need.
Save Document Profiles.
Access and search your saved document profiles to reuse the customs documents associated with a specific shipment. Simply mouse over to see the list of documents in the profile. You can also select to Ship one of your profiles, and all of your saved information will be passed to FedEx Ship Manager® at fedex.com.
Finish your document on your time.
Need to step away? Don’t have all of the information you need? You can save partially completed documents in the Pending Document section to complete when it is convenient for you.
Keep track of completed documents.
View, search, edit and reprint your recently completed customs documents. Search for documents or save them as profiles, right from your Document Archive.
Customize your documents.
Upload your company letterhead for customized and professional documents. You can also add a signature image to include in documents you complete online (where signature images are allowed).
