Anytime you get stuck or need a quick answer, the Interactive Help Guide is there to help you. Just click the gray help box in the upper right hand corner of your screen. From there, you can get a speedy tutorial or print instructions for later use.
Go to My Lists to get started.
To get started with Address Book, all you have to do is look in the My Lists drop-down menu on your shipping screen. Select Address Book and you’ll go straight to managing your addresses. You can also access the Address Book under the Ship and Manage tabs.
Customize your columns however you want.
A powerful feature of fedex.com is the Choose Columns feature. By clicking this link in the upper right corner of your Address Book, you control the display of up to five different information columns. With it, you can select columns for First Names, Last Names or whatever works for you. Even better, you can customize the order the columns appear.

The Address Book makes it easy to import and export your information. Just click the Import/Export link on the Import/Export tab to begin. From this screen, you can choose to import addresses from applications like Microsoft Excel®, Microsoft Outlook®, UPS.com, DHL.com and more.

Another handy feature for importing addresses is the Import/Export History screen. Take advantage of this link on the Import/Export tab to view your Import/Export address history for the last 90 days.
